Woodward Lewis is a social enterprise that reinvests its profits into community development.  Established over 20 years ago, we now gain our work primarily from recommendation and referral. We also have excellent connections with academic institutions and thought leaders through membership of The Change Leaders, a global community of change management practitioners linked to Said Business School, University of Oxford, and HEC Paris, the FT no 1 European Business School. Jane Lewis has lectured on their Consulting and Coaching for Change programme.  She has also helped to run a practitioner workshop at Said Business School, and spoken at Oxford Brookes University, the National College of School Leadership and at the European Organisational Design Forum.
