Hidden Insights® has been developed by Woodward Lewis LLP from Positive Deviance, a method used across the globe to find this hidden wisdom, to create big changes in practices, attitudes and beliefs from small but significant actions.

In commerce, it has delivered desired cultural change in one of the most prolific investment banks, and helped increase sales performance by up to 17%  in pharmaceutical companies.   In the US it has generated up to a 73 per cent reduction in the transmission of MRSA in over 250 hospitals in months rather than years.   (Pascale Sternin & Sternin 2010).
