Jane Lewis
Jane has helped a range of public and private sector organisations improve their performance, at a practical and strategic level. She uses a practical approach, and specialises in developing middle managers as change agents. Quick wins are delivered, and resistance minimised, by building on strengths, using appreciative enquiry and “positive deviance” techniques.
Nick Lewis
Specialises in long-term projects and interim management, primarily in the public sector. Nick has been part of highly successful project teams delivering major programmes in the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office, and has also been a key part of teams setting up new agencies and shared service centres. He has been part of the team setting up the new shared services centre for HM Prison Service at Newport, Gwent, which saved millions of pounds in its first year of operation.
Vivienne Hines
Vivienne has a background in change management consulting and is a teacher, trainer and consultant specialising in organisational behaviour. She works with teams and individuals in the public and private sector and has a particular interest in communication styles and techniques.
Dianne Lambdin
Dianne has worked as a personnel manager in the private and public sectors, and has built up a portfolio of consultancy and training skills using her experience and in-depth knowledge of employment law. She is an effective facilitator and trainer as well as an interim manager.
Lesley Price
Lesley is an experienced Human Resource professional, specialising in the development of people and teams. She is an excellent coach, facilitator and designer of development and assessment activities and is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their potential
Bernadette Ramsay
Bernadette is an experienced training and development specialist, whose particular strengths are in developing personal skills to make delegates more effective in a personal capacity and as part of a team.
With extensive experience of developing staff and managers at all levels, her focus is on strengthening the individual skills and interpersonal relationships that ultimately drive an organisation’s success. This has been achieved through coaching and formal training workshops.
Angela Sims
Angela has been working in the field of organisational change over the last 20 years. An experienced Chief Executive and Company Director, creator, through dynamic cultural change, of award winning organisations. A professional background in management, personnel, marketing and research, is balanced with the ability to think outside of the box and enthuse others to challenge the status quo. Used by charitable organisations as a trouble-shooter trustee to sort out difficult issues and by Chief Executives, Chairmen and Directors as a mentor and performance coach.
Beverley Burrell
Beverley is an experienced facilitator/trainer with strong empowerment, coaching and mentoring skills. She has diverse management and development experience with a range of public and private sector companies and organisations. A varied background incorporating coaching, training, change management, housing stock transfers & re-organisation, consulting, facilitation and networking combined with excellent conference and event organisation skills.
Sue Raeside
Sue is an experienced development consultant and trainer who has worked in both public and private sectors and achieved high levels of customer satisfaction with her work.
Kate Walker
An accomplished and highly dedicated HR professional with a passion for the development of others. More than 15 years experience of managing strategic projects within a variety of large public and private sector organisations. Particularly experienced in projects relating to Training, People Development, Change Management, HR Policy, Performance Management and Equality and Diversity. Highly developed people management and leadership skills. Detailed experience of selling ideas to director level within challenging environments and against a background of change. Highly organised and self-motivated, leading to an ability to deliver to an extremely high standard and to tight timescales. High level of presentation and negotiation skills.
