As part of service improvement exercises, or as part of other management development programmes, we offer training courses, often combined with one-to-one coaching. Research shows that the combination of workshops and follow-up coaching is the most effective (70% - 100% retention of new skills after a year, compared with only about 40% from a one-off workshop with no help).

Our training covers a wide range of management and leadership skills, and is tailored to the client’s specific needs. We do not run open courses. Depending on your needs, we can work with groups of 6 – 120! Please download the full list of topics.
