
We provide consultancy and facilitation support to major change projects, and leadership and management development courses and programmes.
We support strategic change such as reorganisation, partnering, service improvement, culture change and efficiency gains by:
- Being independent of key partners and suppliers so we can quality-assure the people aspects of key change projects such as strategic service partnerships.
- Minimising fear and resistance to change, and building ‘change-readiness’ through coaching and workshops, building new cultures.
- Rebuilding and developing teams during and after change.
- Treating client managers and people with respect.
- Finding some short-term wins within an organisation’s current resources, through innovative, but tried and tested methods such as ‘positive deviance’.
- Improving internal and external communications around change.
